For brands & clients
Receive AI content with proof.
You publish it, so the downstream risk is yours. Archibal gives your team the receiving side: certified deliveries in one inbox, independent file verification, a pre-publish disclosure tracker, and a provenance archive across every agency you work with.
01
Send the brief
Write a brief with territories, channels, and stakes, and send it to a connected agency - or to any email, which onboards a new one. Track Sent, Opened, Accepted per recipient.
02
Receive certified deliveries
Brief-anchored work arrives in your inbox automatically, carrying its signed provenance record, per-asset content credentials, and the AI models and prompts used.
03
Know what you must add
The disclosure tracker lists the audience-facing labels you must place as the deployer before publishing - EU AI Act Art. 50(4) and equivalents - with draft wording and placement guidance per delivery.
04
Verify and archive
Re-check any file independently, accept or request changes, and keep every delivery in a provenance archive that stays verifiable for audits and procurement.
Verify any file now
Drop a file into the public checker and see whether it carries valid content credentials or matches a certified record - even after metadata was stripped.
Know your obligations
The disclosure rules landing worldwide push duties onto whoever publishes. See which rules apply to your deployment context.

Frequently asked questions
What do I receive when an agency delivers through Archibal?
The delivery lands in your own inbox: the signed AI provenance record with its public verification page, C2PA-signed manifests per asset, and the AI models and prompts used - all frozen at delivery time.
Does the record cover my disclosure obligations?
No - and Archibal is explicit about the split. The record evidences the machine-readable provenance on the work itself. The human-readable, audience-facing disclosure at first exposure (EU AI Act Article 50(4) and equivalents) is the deployer's own duty - Archibal tracks those per delivery with draft wording and placement guidance so nothing ships unlabeled.
Can I verify a file myself, without the record?
Yes. Drop any file into the Verify tool and Archibal checks its C2PA content credentials and matches its content fingerprint against the registry - it works even after platforms strip the metadata.
What if my agency does not use Archibal?
Send them a brief through Archibal - accepting it onboards them, and their deliveries arrive certified. You can also claim any Archibal delivery into your inbox by pasting its verification link.
