By using Archibal you agree to these terms.

2. What a record is

A provenance record documents what was declared and what evidence was found when a piece of work was made and delivered. Findings and usage-terms summaries are advisory. They are a statement about the record, not legal advice and not a warranty that any content complies with any law or with a provider's terms. We are not a law firm.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You grant us what is needed to store it, fingerprint it, sign it and show it to the recipients you choose.

4. Liability

We are not liable for legal action taken against your projects or for decisions made on the basis of a record.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its API.
