What we collect

Your email address, your workspace and project metadata, and the files you upload or route to Archibal through a connector. Provenance records deliberately keep prompts, model identifiers, workflow metadata and content fingerprints - that is the product.

How records are shared

A delivery's public verify page shows only what the chosen disclosure preset allows; prompts and workflow detail are withheld unless the creator chose the archive view. File bytes dropped on the public file check are fingerprinted and discarded, not stored.

Cookies

We use HttpOnly session cookies for sign-in and small preference cookies (active workspace, theme). No third-party advertising cookies.

Security and retention

Secrets you give us (webhook signing secrets, connector tokens) are stored encrypted. Frozen delivery records are never edited after delivery; corrections happen by superseding or revoking. We do not sell your data.
